         REGLEMENT DU CAMPING

 

The municipality responsible for the camp wishes you a pleasant holiday and asks you to read its rules of procedure.

 

COMPLIANT WITH THE STANDARD INTERNAL REGULATIONS DEVELOPED BY THE DEPARTMENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR TOURISM.

APPENDIX TO CIRCULAR N° C68.103 OF MAY 1968 RELATING TO CAMPING REGULATIONS.

 

 

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

To be allowed to enter, to settle on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the person in charge of the reception office. The fact of staying in the camp implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. Any violation may result in the expulsion of its author with recourse to the police if necessary by the manager of the camp who is the representative of the authority, acting for the municipality, owner.

POLICE FORMALITIES

Anyone who has to stay at least one night in the camp must first present their identity documents to the person in charge of the reception desk and complete the formalities required by the Police. Pursuant to Decree No. 75.410 of May 20, 1975, only foreigners are now subject to these police formalities.

FACILITY

The tent or caravan and all the equipment must be installed at the location indicated by the manager who acts according to the reservation plan.

RECEPTION DESK

Open from July 1 to August 31, closed on Tuesdays.

You will find there all the information on the services of the camp, the provisioning, the sports facilities, tourist of the surroundings and various addresses which can prove to be useful.

There is a daily mail delivery and collection around 11 a.m.

The telephone in the reception desk can be made available to you to call landline numbers. Communications from outside received by the reception desk are,

with the consent of the communicator, noted and transmitted to the person concerned (emergencies only) .

 

From June 1 to July 1 and from September 1 to 15

The reception office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

ROYALTIES 

Royalties are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is fixed according to the displayed price.

They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field. Camp users are invited to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Campers intending to leave before the office opens, must pay for their stay the day before. Pitches must be vacated before 11 a.m. “Dead garages” are accepted against payment of a tax of €3.70 per night of parking.

NOISE AND SILENCE

Campers are urged to avoid all noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbours. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible. Silence must be total between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

VISITORS 

Visitors can be admitted to the camp under the responsibility of the campers who receive them; their vehicle must be parked in the outdoor car park. Every night is due.

​

TRAFFIC

Inside the camp, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/hour. Only vehicles belonging to the campers can circulate in the camp. Parking, strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by camping shelters, must not, moreover, impede traffic or prevent the installation of newcomers. During the day, mopeds must limit their frequency of passage. Traffic is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., including mopeds. After 11 p.m., vehicles will be parked in the parking lot provided outside the campsite. Access to the campsite must be done respecting the direction of traffic.

DRESS AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES 

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the camp. It is forbidden to throw polluted water on the ground, in the gutters or in the manholes for rainwater. Caravanners must empty their waste water in facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, waste of any kind, papers must be placed in the trash cans. Containers for selective sorting are placed at the entrance to the Pontcharal Tourist Center; we urge you to use them.

Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. It is also possible to use the coin-operated washing machine, by buying the necessary tokens from the manager.

Plantations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from hammering nails into trees, cutting branches, planting. It is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means and to dig the ground.

No violent or awkward games may be organized near sanitary or other facilities. Parents are required to supervise their children.

Any damage to vegetation, fences, ground and camp facilities will be the responsibility of its author.

SECURITY

FIRE: open fires (wood, coal) are strictly prohibited except using the communal barbecue. Stoves must be kept in good working order. Fire extinguishers are available to all (see the distribution plan on the ground). 

A first aid kit is at the reception desk.

THEFT: Management is only responsible for items left at the reception desk. Report immediately to the manager the presence in the camp of any suspicious person. Although security is provided, camp users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

GAMES

Ping-pong rackets and balls as well as board games are available at the reception desk; No violent or embarrassing games can be organized near sanitary or other facilities. Parents are required to supervise their children.

​

CAMP HEAD

He is responsible for the order and the good behavior of the camp. He has the duty to sanction serious breaches of the rules and if necessary, to expel their perpetrators.

A special notebook intended for receiving complaints or suggestions is available to users. Complaints will only be taken into account if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible and relate to relatively recent facts.
